Orders and Shipping

UK Retail Orders

Shipping usually takes 1–3 days. If you need your order urgently we also have an option for a Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) service at extra cost.
Standard shipping is FREE for UK orders over £25. Orders below this value are charged £2.95 per order. The Special Delivery service costs £8.95.
Orders received by 1pm will normally be dispatched by first class Royal Mail post on the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next day.
Please note, all shipping times are estimates only.

UK trade orders are beautifully packed and efficiently shipped within 1–2 working days by our fulfilment partner.
Shipping is currently FREE for orders over £150 (ex VAT) to UK mainland addresses. Orders below that value (and above the minimum of £100) incur a shipping charge of £6.00.
They are shipped with DPD for next day delivery.

International retail customers are automatically charged for shipping at checkout according to their location. Shipping is FREE for orders over the local equivalent of £50 GBP (please excuse our free shipping 'congratulations' bar in the cart which doesn't work for international currencies). All orders are dispatched by air mail. Shipping times are variable and can take up to 10 days for trans-continental dispatches.
International trade orders can take between 3 –14 days depending on location. For international online orders, shipping costs will be added at checkout according to location, however customers are free to contact us for a quote or to arrange their own courier.

We do not collect VAT or duties on European Union orders, meaning that customers will be liable for any taxes or duties in their country.
While your courier will likely request VAT payment before delivery (usually around 20%), you may also be charged import duties by the local authorities, also via the courier.
All deliveries are made Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) meaning that while we are responsible for ensuring that goods arrive safely at a destination, the buyer is responsible for all import duties. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
