We hope you are happy with your products, though understand if you wish to return one of them. If you buy online your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt.

Please do email us first at hello@thepatternbook.co.uk or call customer services on +44 (0)20 7274 0042 to tell us you wish to return a product, including the name of the item and order number, and make sure that, according to our returns policy:

1. The product is returned within 14 working days of delivery.
2. The product is returned unused, in its original packaging and fit for resale as new. Please indicate the original order number in your package.
3. The product is returned to: The Pattern Book Returns, 53 Okehampton Road, Exeter EX4 1EL.
4. Cost of returning the item: This must be paid by you. However, if the product received by you was damaged we will happily pay the cost of returning it. Please email us a photo, or send a copy, of your shipping receipt. 
5. Refunds: We will refund the full cost of the product returned to us, usually within 30 days (though in practice much sooner), in accordance with the conditions above, excluding the original delivery costs and excluding any cost of returning the product to us unless the product was damaged.
6. Exchanges: We do not exchange any returned products. Instead please return the products as indicated above for a refund and order any new items afresh. However we are happy to exchange damaged items, like for like, if requested.
7. Where the terms of this returns policy are contravened we will not refund the product.
