Retail Customers
Shipping is FREE on all UK retail orders. UK retail orders received by 2pm will normally be dispatched by first class Royal Mail post on the same day. Shipping usually takes 1-2 days. Please note, all shipping times are estimates only.
International retail customers, meanwhile, are charged at checkout according to their location, and current shipping times are variable and can take up to 10 days for trans-continental dispatches.
Trade Customers
For all our UK trade and wholesale customers we have a current minimum order of £100 excluding VAT. However, if you are a new trade customer, please do contact us about your requirements.
UK trade orders are shipped by courier and usually take 1-3 days depending on location. International orders can take between 3 – 14 days depending on location.
For our UK wholesale customers shipping is currently FREE for orders over £150 (ex VAT) to UK mainland addresses. As our international trade customers will appreciate, shipping prices are currently changing week by week as global supply chains settle down. For international online orders, shipping costs will be added at checkout according to location, however customers are free to contact us for a quote or to arrange their own courier.
All cards are packed in sixes for our wholesale customers.
For returning wholesale customers we can provide an invoice and 30 days credit. Please call 020 7274 0042 or email to discuss your requirements. For new wholesale customers we ask that you pay for your selections straight away, either by bank transfer, debit/credit card or PayPal. Orders will be dispatched when funds have cleared.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your cards we are pleased to offer a full refund (minus any delivery costs) or exchange if desired. Please send back your purchase within 30 days in the same packaging and condition in which it was purchased. See our returns policy.
